SHIPPING & POLICIES

We ship anywhere in the United States — homes, apartments, offices, gyms, and businesses. Standard shipping is $6.99 flat, and free on orders of $70 or more (12-Packs and Office Cases always ship free).

Founding Batch orders ship in waves, in the order they were received — targeted within 8 weeks of your order. If your order will take longer, we'll contact you with the option to cancel for a full refund. You'll get an email with tracking the moment your box leaves the kitchen. Shipping to work? Add your company name to the address so the mailroom knows where the crunch goes.

Every order ships in crush-guard packaging. If your chips still arrive broken or your order is wrong, email hello@bettysbeefchips.com within 14 days with a photo and your order number, and we'll replace it or refund it — your pick. Because it's a food product, we can't accept physical returns, but we will always make it right.

If you reserved a Founding Batch order without paying at checkout, no payment is due until your order is ready to ship. We'll email a secure payment link first — your order ships after payment clears. You can cancel a reservation any time before paying by emailing hello@bettysbeefchips.com. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

We collect only what an order needs: your name, email, phone (optional), and shipping address. We use it to fulfill orders, send order updates, and — only if you opted in — product news. We don't sell or rent your information, ever.

Payments are handled by Stripe under their privacy policy. To see or delete your data, email hello@bettysbeefchips.com.

Prices are in US dollars and may change; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Nutrition figures shown on this site are our founding product specification — the authoritative ingredient list and nutrition panel are printed on every bag. Keep bags sealed and away from heat; once opened, eat within a few days for peak crunch (this has never been a problem).
